What happens next

Once you’ve filled out our form, our experienced administration team will get you matched up with the perfect artist for your tattoo idea (if you didn’t pick an artist yourself).

Your artist will look over all of the information you have sent, as well as any reference photos you have included to.  They will then determine if an in-person consultation will be necessary (generally it isn’t), and if not, they will estimate how long of an appointment will be needed for the tattoo you would like to get.

At that point, you will receive pricing, deposit, and booking information, and can proceed to setting up your appointment.

Design Process

Our artists stay tightly booked, and draw for the majority of their appointments the night before and/or morning of the appointment.  This pacing keeps their schedules on track for every client, and your idea fresh in their mind.  If you have additional specifics or reference photos you’d like to send to your artist, you can email them over anytime.

Some projects require drawing directly on the body at the appointment, this is especially true with cover ups, pieces that fully wrap up or down a body part, and large pieces that span multiple parts of the body.

Appointment Day

The day of your appointment, make sure to eat a good meal and be sure you are hydrated. Arrive at the studio at your appointment time (no more than 10 minutes early, your artist might be finishing up with another client, putting the finishing touches on your design, or grabbing food between appointments).

You will get to check out the design your artist has created just for you at that time. Our artists draw for their appointments on iPads, so adjustments are quick and easy if needed.
