This is not a general booking request form.

This list is for filling unexpected openings when a client reschedules with very short notice.  It’s primarily geared toward returning clients continuing larger projects, but can also be a good fit for flexible clients open to smaller pieces or artist led work.

If you are trying to get an estimate and book a tattoo appointment, you’re in the wrong place. Please
